What we collect

• Information you give us. When you use one of our forms, we collect details such as your name, contact details, organisation and message. If you request our investor brief, we also ask whether you are a wholesale or eligible investor under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers collect details such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to provide investor material to eligible investors, and to understand and improve how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us run the site, including Netlify (hosting and forms) and Google (analytics and fonts), or where the law requires it. These providers may store information outside New Zealand.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and keep it only for as long as we need it.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@swellgen.co.nz. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
